A Private moment with Kelly….

I had the privilege to enjoy a private moment shooting with Kelly before she was wed to Kyle.  Here are a few of my favorite shots.

Kelly & Kyle…..its wedding time in Norman

My partner, Tim from Bella Vie Cinematography had a wonderful time capturing the moments and sounds of Kelly’s & Kyle’s wedding.

The place: Norman Oklahoma.

I have to say what stuck out to me the most – that there where several moments through-out the day that where special;  The pastor was really good in his sermon, minutes before the wedding, the brides maids surrounded Kelly and said their prayers as a proud father held her hand, Kyle had the guys surround him in a moment of prayer several minutes later, a touching and really funny moment when Kyle tied his tongue about … well … the forth coming night!

One more moment, a special one for us photographers, is being apart of the ‘first view’.  It is a very special moment where the bride and groom can see each other for the first time but in private.  For me, I really like this tradition for it allows natural emotions to come out, the guy does not have to be strong and the bride can completely delve into the special attention from her soon-to-be-husband.

I would like to thank Diesy Photography for allowing us to tag a long and work this wedding with them.

Wedding Ceremony: Embassy Suites

….and now the wedding day:

May has been a fun month …..

There has been a lot going on for Mark Arnold FOTO in May.

I should have pictures from several weddings.  One wedding was a to support a rockin’ shooter out of the bay area.  Yes, the San Francisco area.

The Shooter is none other than Sam Hassas.  He is a top flight wedding shooter.  I was glad to help a fellow shooter in need.  His flights from San Francisco where cancelled do to weather in Dallas metroplex (Friday – 14th. ).  He asked for help on the forum we both visit and i gladdy volunteered.

I rolled into Forth Worth to help his 2nd shooter Kurtis.  We started shooting the getting ready shots and detail shoots by 11am.

Sam made it about an hour before the wedding started.   It was a blast to watch a craftsmen or ‘creative beast’ at work.  By creative beast i mean the talent, the ability to ‘see’ creatively, his good nature and all out enthusiasm with the clients/guest.

I will post some shots from the wedding in the next couple of days.

A couple of weekends ago, I was up in Oklahoma again to shoot shots for my video partner.  This wedding was in Norman, Ok.  Timmy, my partner and i had a blast with Kelly and Kyle.  pictures will be forthcoming.

I have several more weddings scheduled  in the next couple of weeks.  So stop and see the fun and the gorgeous brides.

….Mark
